Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur Opens Merdeka 118 Tallest Skyscraper Asia Pacific
Hyatt Hotels Corp has officially announced the grand opening of Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur on August 7. The luxury brand’s first venture into Malaysia will be housed in the prestigious Merdeka 118 – the tallest building in KL and in the Asia Pacific region, spanning from the 75th to 114th floors.
The hotel has been flagged as the 50th Park Hyatt property worldwide, according to David Udell, the group president for Hyatt in Asia Pacific. The new Merdeka 118 precinct holds significant historical value and is situated near the bustling Petaling Street Chinatown, as highlighted by Herman Kemp, the general manager of Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.
For those interested in investing in overseas properties, there is a range of projects available for sale globally. The bedrooms of the suites at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur feature stunning views of the city and were designed by GA Group, an acclaimed international design studio with 35 years of experience in luxury hospitality design.
The 252 rooms, including 27 suites, have floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views. The suites boast spacious living areas, a luxurious bath with a separate rain shower and aromatherapy shower steamers, a double vanity, a walk-in dressing room, a personal study area, and, in selected rooms, private dining spaces overlooking the city skyline.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has put forth a bold Master Plan for Tampines, with the aim of revitalizing it into a thriving, eco-friendly, and desirable regional hub. As a vital part of Singapore’s planning landscape, Tampines will undergo major improvements in terms of its infrastructure, facilities, and overall quality of life. Parktown Residence, strategically nestled in Tampines North, is set to reap substantial rewards from these proposed upgrades. With its prime location, it’s no wonder that Parktown Residence naturally stands to benefit greatly from these planned developments.
