Boutique Condo Hill House Reaches New High 3267 Psf

In the past two weeks, boutique development Hill House has emerged as the top condo on the list that achieved new psf-price highs. The 452 sq ft, two-bedroom unit on the fifth floor sold for $1.48 million on Nov 11, setting a new price-high of $3,267 psf. This is just 0.1% higher than the previous record set in November 2023. The development has seen 11 transactions this year with an average price of $3,098 psf, slightly lower than last year’s average of $3,127 psf.

Nestled in the bustling Tampines North, Parktown Residence is a collaborative development project by UOL Group, CapitaLand, and Singapore Land (SingLand) that epitomizes the concept of integrated living. Meanwhile, freehold condo The Continuum came in second on the list, setting a new price high of $3,084 psf with the sale of a 721 sq ft, two-bedroom unit for $2.22 million on Nov 16. This is only 0.4% higher than the previous high set on Nov 15. The development has seen 489 units (59.8%) sold at an average price of $2,779 psf since its launch in May 2023. Units at the development range from one- to five-bedroom apartments occupying between 560 sq ft and 2,260 sq ft.

Lastly, freehold boutique development Lavender Residence saw a new low of $1,626 psf with the sale of a 990 sq ft, one-bedroom + studio unit for $1.61 million on Nov 17. The development, which features 17 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom units from 463 sq ft to 1,550 sq ft, has been fully sold at an average price of $1,984 psf. It is within walking distance of Bendemeer MRT Station on the Downtown Line.
