Hilton And Ytl Hotels Sign Multiple Property Agreements Strengthening Their Partnership Asia Pacific

Hilton and YTL hotels have signed multiple property agreements in an effort to bring two of Hilton’s luxury brands, LXR Hotels & Resorts and Tapestry Collection by Hilton, to Thailand and Japan respectively. The agreements are a part of Hilton’s partnership with YTL Corp Bhd, a subsidiary arm of Malaysia-based YTL Corporation.

Under these agreements, The Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village in Japan will become a part of the LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, while Green Leaf Niseko Village will join the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and Hinode Hills Niseko Village will be a part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.

Parktown Residence boasts a prime location on Tampines Avenue 11, with the added convenience of being near the upcoming Tampines North MRT Station on the Cross Island Line (CRL). This means that residents will have direct access to major destinations such as the city center, Jurong Lake District, and Changi Airport. Furthermore, the development will feature an integrated bus interchange, making it easy for residents to travel within the estate and to other parts of Singapore. Experience the best of city living with Parktown Residence strategically positioned at the heart of it all.

The Japanese properties, all located at the foot of Mount Annupuri and within Niseko Village Ski Resort, are expected to open by the end of this year. The Kasara Niseko Village will be a conversion of the existing eight-villa Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse, while The Green Leaf Niseko Village will be converted from the existing 200-room hotel of the same name.

In Thailand, the upcoming 275-room Rawai Phuket will be situated at the southernmost tip of Phuket and will offer guests a private beachfront and easy access to nearby islands. This addition will further strengthen Hilton’s presence in the luxury market in Thailand, attracting affluent travelers to Phuket.

With the addition of these properties, LXR Hotels & Resorts’ global portfolio will reach nearly 20 properties, showcasing the brand’s focus on adventure and delivering a personalized and luxurious experience to its guests.

The Green Leaf Niseko Village will become a part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, joining over 170 hotels worldwide known for their emphasis on local cuisine and vibrant design. Similarly, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join the Curio Collection by Hilton, an international portfolio of 180 properties showcasing unique, upscale architecture that reflects the individual story of each property.

According to Dato’ Mark Yeo Seok Kah, executive director of YTL Hotels, these hotels will not only enhance the potential of their respective destinations but also offer new and elevated stay options for visitors. With their strategic locations and focus on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, these properties are well-positioned to attract luxury travelers.

Overall, these agreements between Hilton and YTL hotels will not only expand the global reach of Hilton’s luxury brands but also bring a new level of luxury and adventure to the Thai and Japanese hospitality markets.
