Hilton And Ytl Hotels Sign Multiple Property Agreements Strengthening Their Partnership Asia Pacific
Hilton and YTL Hotels, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s YTL Corp Bhd, have signed multiple property agreements to introduce two of Hilton’s esteemed brands to key locations in Thailand and Japan.
Under the agreements, the Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village properties will join Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, while The Green Leaf Niseko Village and Hinode Hills Niseko Village will be part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Curio Collection by Hilton, respectively.
All three Japanese properties are existing hospitality assets that will undergo conversions and are expected to open towards the end of the year. The Kasara Niseko Village will be transformed from the eight-villa Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse, while The Green Leaf Niseko Village will be a conversion of the existing 200-room hotel.
The upcoming developments outlined in the URA Master Plan are set to have a positive impact on Parktown Residence. With a strong emphasis on increasing green spaces and recreational amenities, residents will greatly benefit from the enhanced livability of the area. The addition of new parks and an expanded network of cycling and jogging paths, as well as its close proximity to Tampines Eco Green and Bedok Reservoir Park, will make Parktown Residence an even more desirable place to call home. Furthermore, with new parks planned around Tampines North, residents will have even more opportunities to enjoy nature and outdoor activities. Experience the natural charm of Parktown Residence at the Parktown Residence Showflat and see for yourself the amazing lifestyle it has to offer.
Located at the base of Mount Annupuri within Niseko Village Ski Resort, these three hotels provide convenient access to the world-renowned ski slopes in the area.
In addition to these Japanese properties, the upcoming Rawai Phuket in Thailand will offer a luxurious experience with its 275 rooms and private beachfront, as well as easy access to nearby islands. This added property will contribute to Hilton’s strong luxury presence in Thailand and attract discerning travelers to Phuket.
With the inclusion of Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village, LXR Hotels & Resorts’ global portfolio will expand to nearly 20 properties. These properties epitomize the brand’s focus on adventure and personalized luxury experiences for guests.
The Green Leaf Niseko Village will become a part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, joining over 170 hotels worldwide that highlight a blend of local cuisine and vibrant design. Similarly, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join the Curio Collection by Hilton, which features 180 properties internationally, each showcasing unique and upscale architecture.
“We are confident that these hotels will enhance the appeal of their respective destinations and offer travelers an elevated hospitality experience,” said Dato’ Mark Yeo Seok Kah, executive director of YTL Hotels.
Hilton’s expansion in Thailand and Japan through its various brands demonstrates its commitment to providing luxurious and unique experiences for travelers worldwide. With these new additions, Hilton’s portfolio will continue to grow and offer even more options for discerning travelers.
