CBRE, the exclusive marketing agent, has recently put up the industrial production site at 455 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim in Tuas for sale with an asking price of $30 million. This 184,717 sq ft site is zoned as “Business 2” under the Master Plan. The sale will be conducted through a private treaty. The site has a remaining land lease of 30 years, which will expire in 2054. The two buildings on this 99-year leasehold industrial site have a combined gross floor area of approximately 128,786 sq ft.

The current buildings have a production area of 93,459 sq ft, which is complemented by 4,392 sq ft of office space and 30,934 sq ft of ancillary space.
