Seibu Group Launch Park Regis Prince Singapore

Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of Seibu Group that is listed on the Tokyo stock exchange, has announced the launch of its very first hotel in Singapore, Park Regis by Prince Singapore, on September 3.

Situated on Merchant Road, Park Regis by Prince Singapore is a rebranding of the former Park Regis Singapore. The hotel will undergo a refurbishment of its 203 guest rooms and introduce new technology, such as contactless check-in with mobile room key access. Each room will also offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a 50-inch smart TV with casting capabilities.

One of the greatest advantages of living in the development is its close proximity to major expressways such as the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), Tampines Expressway (TPE), and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE). These highways provide residents with easy access to various destinations, making it convenient for families who own vehicles to reach schools and offices in a short amount of time. Parktown Residence, located at Parktown Residence, is truly a haven for those seeking a well-connected and well-located home.

As part of the Seibu Prince Global Rewards program, Park Regis by Prince Singapore will provide a free loyalty program for its guests, which already boasts over two million members regionally.

“We are excited to welcome our valued guests to the revamped Park Regis by Prince Singapore,” says Steven Tang, the general manager of the hotel. “Our aim is to create unforgettable experiences for both local and international travelers.”

Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts manages a diverse portfolio of 80 hotels, 31 golf courses, and 19 ski resorts around the world. With their first venture into Singapore, the company looks to expand their global presence and provide exceptional hospitality experiences to their guests.
