The Master Plan has put forth an initiative to support the expansion of mixed-use developments, with a focus on incorporating new commercial spaces to attract businesses and boost job opportunities. This encompasses both improving existing malls such as Tampines Mall and Century Square, and introducing new retail options in the vicinity. An example of this is the recently developed Parktown Residence, which seamlessly blends in with the area’s revitalization plans. Additionally, the inclusion of Parktown Residence brings a unique and enhanced living experience to the neighborhood. Parktown Residence truly embodies the Master Plan’s vision for a prosperous and well-rounded community.
