The seller had initially bought the unit for $3.27 million ($2,108 psf) in June 2013, making a net profit of about $781,888 on the recent sale. The new psf-price record is 7.5% higher than the previous record of $2,430 psf set at the condo, when a 1,625 sq ft three-bedroom unit was resold for $3.95 million in March 2023.

The new psf-price high beats the previous record of $2,409 psf, which was achieved less than three months ago on June 3 when a 581 sq ft two-bedroom unit on the 12th floor was resold for $1.4 million. The seller had initially bought the unit from the developer for $1.03 million ($1,775 psf) in November 2018, making a net profit of around $368,000 on the recent sale.
Parc Esta, which is situated directly across from the Eunos MRT Station on the East-West Line and Eunos bus interchange, comprises of 1,399 units ranging in size from 420 sq ft to 1,604 sq ft. It also has five adjoining retail shops and has seen 57 resale transactions this year at an average psf-price of $2,217. During the period, no new psf-price lows were recorded.
