The prestigious EdgeProp Excellence Awards (EPEA) celebrated its 9th edition on October 16, 2025 at the Shangri-La Singapore. The event recognized and honored 53 exceptional developments that are transforming the way Singaporeans live, work, and connect. The EPEA saw an impressive turnout, with over 260 guests in attendance, including top-level executives from Singapore’s leading real estate companies. This was the largest event hosted by EdgeProp, a clear indication of the industry’s confidence in the platform and its commitment to providing an edge to home-seekers in the property market.

This year’s theme, “From Spaces to Places”, highlighted the increasing demand for purposeful and value-driven developments in a city where space is limited. These projects not only serve their functional purpose but also aim to foster a sense of community, connection, and belonging.

The top developers at the EPEA were City Developments Limited (CDL), Far East Organization, and UOL Group, who were recognized for their exceptional contributions in shaping Singapore’s built environment. CDL and JTC Corporation were also named Top Sustainable Developers in the residential and non-residential categories, while JTC Corporation was honored with the first government agency participation award for their integrated Punggol Digital District project. This reflects the active role the government plays in developing spaces that serve both business and community needs.

The EPEA also introduced a new award category this year – “Excellence in Landmark Conservation” to acknowledge developers who preserve Singapore’s iconic landmarks. The Golden Mile by Perennial Holdings and Far East Organization was the first winner of this award, recognized for their dedication to safeguarding heritage for future generations.

Another highlight of the evening was the presentation of the “Personality of the Year” award to Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group CEO of Frasers Property Limited. This accolade is reserved for an individual whose influence and contributions have had a lasting impact on the real estate industry.

The event was proudly sponsored by V-Zug Singapore, Geberit Southeast Asia, and Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pacific, with KPMG Singapore and CPG Corporation serving as the official knowledge partners. The esteemed panel of judges for EPEA 2025 comprised industry experts, who carefully reviewed nominees across categories such as landscape, design, innovation, sustainability, showflat, and marketing. The sustainability scoring methodology was developed by CPG Corporation, incorporating elements from the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Certification Scheme, with KPMG Singapore ensuring transparency and accuracy in the process.

The evening was a testament to the outstanding developments in the Singaporean real estate market and the commitment of developers to create spaces and communities that truly improve lives. For more information, please visit awards.edgeprop.sg.
