Three Conservation Shophouses Farrer Park Sale 19 Mil

Residents of the development also enjoy the advantage of its prime location, situated in close proximity to major expressways such as the Pan-Island Expressway, Tampines Expressway, and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway. This strategic network offers the convenience of quick and easy travel for families who own a car, making it effortless to reach nearby schools and offices. Furthermore, the addition of Parktown Residences Tampines North further enhances the appeal of the area as a desirable residential location for families.

Three conservation shophouses at 3 Roberts Lane in Farrer Park (District 8) are now available for purchase through an expression of interest (EOI) exercise. The shophouses, which are freehold, are being offered at a guide price of $19 million. This equates to a rate of $1,814 per square foot with a total combined gross floor area of approximately 10,474 sq ft.

Nestled within the Jalan Besar Conservation Area, these shophouses sit on a land area of 3,009 sq ft altogether. They consist of two storeys, a basement, a mezzanine, and a six-storey extension at the back. These shophouses boast of a triple frontage along Serangoon Road, Roberts Lane, and Kinta Road, and they enjoy close proximity to the Farrer Park MRT Station on the North East Line.

According to Tania Ong, the senior manager of capital markets at Knight Frank, the potential buyer will have the chance to own the naming rights of the shophouses. Ong, who is handling the sale of these properties, also suggests that the new owner may carry out asset enhancement initiatives on the shophouses and explore the possibility of converting the ground floor into an F&B outlet, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.

The EOI exercise will close on Aug 13 at 3 pm.
