The period between July 2 and 14 saw three condos, Viva, The Myst and Park Colonial, achieve new psf-price highs. Viva, a freehold condo located on Suffolk Walk in District 11, topped the list with the sale of a three-bedroom-plus-study unit for $4.05 million, or $2,650 psf. This surpasses the previous psf-price peak of $2,555 psf set in May 2022. The Myst, a 99-year leasehold condo on Upper Bukit Timah Road in District 23, saw a new high of $2,388 psf when a 517 sq ft unit sold for $1.234 million on July 14. The previous high of $2,377 psf was set over four months ago. Lastly, Park Colonial, a 99-year leasehold condo on Woodleigh Lane in District 13, recorded a new peak of $2,363 psf with the resale of a 1,249 sq ft unit for $2.95 million on July 8. This exceeds the previous record of $2,330 psf set in June 2022. No new lows were recorded during the period in review.
