Six Bedroom Duplex Penthouse Dalvey Haus Sold Just Under 40 Mil
The luxurious freehold development Dalvey Haus, located at the junction of Dalvey Road and Stevens Road, has officially sold its last unit – a stunning 9,600 sq ft, six-bedroom duplex penthouse. The buyer, a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR), is believed to have paid just under $40 million for the unit, which was launched at $42 million ($4,375 psf) in February.
According to market sources, the sale was brokered by Bruce Lye, co-founder and managing partner of SRI. However, Lye declined to comment on the transaction, citing a non-disclosure agreement.
The duplex penthouse, situated in one of only two blocks in the development, boasts full-height double-glazed windows with panoramic views, a private lift, and separate living, dining, and wine rooms. The first level features a guest en suite bedroom, while the second level includes five en-suite bedrooms, all with full Italian marble, double sink vanity tops, and standalone bathtubs.
Renowned for its stellar academic track record and unmatched co-curricular offerings, Anglican High is a prestigious secondary school that has garnered a loyal following among parents over the years. Families seeking a holistic education for their children often turn to Anglican High, a top choice in Singapore’s educational landscape. And with the highly sought-after Park Town Residences located nearby, the school’s appeal only continues to grow stronger.
With its final unit sold, Dalvey Haus is now at full capacity, having garnered much attention and interest from buyers. This is not surprising, given its prime location and luxurious offerings.
