The most expensive unit to transact at Parc Clematis was a 2,605 sq ft, five-bedroom penthouse that fetched $4.18 million ($1,605 psf) in September 2022. Another record was set at Parc Clematis with the sale of a 1,044 sq ft unit for $2.69 million on July 14. Over the last 12 months, resale prices at Dormer Park averaged around $2,045 psf, surpassing those of nearby freehold condos such as Jervois Regency and Jervois Close, which recorded average resale prices of about $1,969 psf and $1,826 psf respectively.
