October Bto Exercise Include About 3300 Flats Wait Times Less Three Years
In an article released on October 12, HDB has announced that the October Build-To-Order (BTO) sales exercise will offer a total of 9,100 flats, including 3,294 Shorter Waiting Time (SWT) flats. These SWT flats have a waiting time of less than three years and will be available in four BTO projects located in Bedok, Sengkang, and Yishun. The other SWT project in Yishun is Chencharu Grove, located along Bah Soon Pah Road and Chencharu Link. This project comprises six residential blocks with 826 units, ranging from two-room flexi to five-room flats. It is close to Khatib MRT Station and amenities such as Khatib Central, Wisteria Mall, Northpoint City, and Yishun Hawker Centre. Lim expects this project to be among the most popular due to its proximity to the MRT station and various schools. It also includes a five-room unit, which may attract larger households.
Fernvale Plains, located along Fernvale Street in Sengkang, will offer 830 units ranging from two-room flexi to five-room flats, as well as 207 CCA units. The project will feature shared community spaces and is close to Seletar Mall, Fernvale Community Club, and Compass One. The estimated waiting time is 2 years and 8 months.
Lastly, Ping Yi Court, located along Chai Chee Street in Bedok, will offer 862 units, ranging from two-room flexi to 3Gen flats. This project has amenities such as a preschool, playground, rooftop garden, and fitness stations. The nearest MRT stations are Bedok and Kembangan on the East-West Line, and residents will have access to nearby amenities such as Kaki Bukit 511 Market and Food Centre, Bedok Mall, and Heartbeat@Bedok. This project has the longest waiting time of 2 years and 9 months.
