Meyerise Hits New Psf Price High 2771 Psf
The Meyerise has become the talk of the town, as one of the top freehold condos that have set a new psf-price high in the week of Nov 29 to Dec 6. Located in prime District 15, the development has taken the top spot by achieving a new price peak of $2,771 psf for a three-bedroom unit of 1,270 sq ft. This has been achieved in just 0.25% higher than the previous record of $2,764 psf in 2016. The former record was established in October last year when a four-bedroom unit of 1,819 sq ft was sold for a price of $5.03 million. With the increase in demand for freehold condos in recent years, The Meyerise is a prime investment choice for many buyers.
The condo has seen a total of nine units being sold this year at an average price of $2,405 psf. The most expensive unit sold at the condo this year was a four-bedroom-plus-study unit of 2,056 sq ft, which was sold for $4.5 million. This unit had last changed hands in September 2020 for $1.86 million, implying a profit of $1 million, which makes it a prime investment choice for buyers looking for freehold condos.
