He also notes that the second floor of the property can be used as an office space, while the third floor can serve as storage or warehouse space.

Prior to that, a single-user factory along Tagore Industrial Avenue was sold for $9.8 million, or $1,833 psf for its land area of around 5,348 sq ft, on July 16.
In March, a four-storey freehold factory at 162 Tagore Lane, which serves as Privilege Motors’ headquarters and flagship showroom, was put up for sale through private treaty for $23.8 million, or $1,619 psf for its floor area of 14,701 sq ft. The property is still on the market, but with a revised guide price of $21.8 million ($1,483 psf).
