Colliers Appoints Key Roles Hong Kong Capital Markets Team

On October 21, Colliers revealed two new leadership appointments for its capital markets and investment services team in Hong Kong. Raymond Ho, previously an executive director for capital markets at JLL Hong Kong, has now taken on the role of executive director at Colliers. Additionally, James Wong has been appointed as senior director for the same team.
According to Thomas Chak, head of capital markets and investment services in Hong Kong, both Ho and Wong possess extensive experience in transacting prime luxury residential sites in the popular areas of Peak, Shouson Hill, Repulse Bay, and South Bay.
In their new positions, Ho and Wong will offer their expertise in investment acquisition and divestment strategy, debt advisory and sales, strategic asset allocation consulting, and M&A advisory, with a focus on luxury residential properties. Colliers is confident that these appointments will further strengthen their presence and reputation in the highly competitive Hong Kong market.
