Chris Pilgrim, who was the managing director of global capital markets for Asia Pacific (Apac) at Colliers, has recently departed from the firm. Pilgrim first joined Colliers in 2021 as the director for global capital markets in their London office. In 2023, he took on the role of managing director for Apac, based in Singapore.
However, Pilgrim has now moved on to join Avison Young, a real estate company based in Toronto, Canada. Avison Young announced his appointment as principal, managing director and UK head of capital markets in a press release on Aug 11. Pilgrim will be based in London for this new role.
Before joining Colliers, Pilgrim had worked at CBRE for almost ten years, with stints in their London, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore offices. In the news, it was also reported that a rare pair of freehold conservation shophouses on Neil Road are now up for sale at $65 million.
