CBRE, the marketing agent for the property, has stated that the three-storey shophouse, which also includes a basement and an attic, has a total floor area of approximately 4,446 sq ft. This translates to a price of $4,723 per square foot.
Situated in the highly sought-after District 1, the shophouse occupies a land area of approximately 1,644 sq ft with a commercial zoning. The current tenants on all floors are boutique offices, according to CBRE.
