Coliwoo, a co-living brand under LHN Group, will unveil its newest property next month at the historic Old Bukit Timah Fire Station, located at 260 Upper Bukit Timah Road. According to Kelvin Lim, executive chairman of LHN and founder of Coliwoo, the Old Bukit Timah Fire Station has been reimagined to integrate co-living, lifestyle, and community into a holistic ecosystem, leveraging the company’s expertise in space optimization and building restoration.
The co-living residence will offer three types of ensuite rooms – single, twin, and queen studios – equipped with in-room amenities such as a kitchenette and a washer-dryer.
