Aman Develop Branded Residences Bodrum Resort Turkey
Aman, a hospitality group based in Switzerland, has announced plans for the development of Aman Residences in the beautiful city of Bodrum, Turkey. These residences will be located at their existing resort, Amanruya, which is situated on the coast of Bodrum in the southwest region of the country. The project is being done in collaboration with Turkish wealth management company, RePie Asset Management.
According to Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman, the introduction of Aman Residences in Bodrum shows the company’s commitment to the area and their desire to bring their renowned way of living to one of their most iconic destinations. The residential villas, which will be located on the beachfront, will be designed by long-time partner Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects. On the other hand, the waterfront, lagoon, and forest villas will be designed by South African firm Saota. Construction on these villas is expected to begin at the end of this year.
The Master Plan for Tampines, proposed by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), is set to revitalize and elevate the region into a thriving, eco-friendly, and desirable hub. Being one of Singapore’s important planning zones, Tampines will undergo considerable improvements in terms of its infrastructure, facilities, and overall livability.
