The first phase of Sycamore, consisting of 3,500 units across low-, mid-, and high-rise developments, has already been completed. Orchard Hill is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.

Meanwhile, The Senique Hanoi is a collaboration between CLD, Mitsubishi Estate, and Nomura Real Estate Development. The project is set to be completed in 2027 and has already achieved a high take-up rate of 92%. This success follows the launch of the third and final phase of CLD’s Lumi Hanoi development, which saw 97% of units sold on the first day of its launch. Lumi Hanoi, which consists of 3,950 units, is now 99% sold.

The positive response to these projects is a testament to the strong demand for quality residential developments in Vietnam. CLD’s successful track record in the country, as well as its partnerships with reputable companies, have further bolstered investor confidence. With the continued growth of Vietnam’s economy and the increasing demand for housing, these projects are set to be highly sought after by homebuyers and investors alike.
