Doubletree Hilton Crosses 100 Properties Asia Pacific
DoubleTree by Hilton, a luxurious full-service brand under the globally-renowned hospitality company Hilton, has proudly announced that it has reached a momentous milestone with over 100 properties in Asia Pacific. This news comes after the recent openings of new properties in Jakarta, Indonesia; Kyoto and Osaka in Japan; Bengaluru, India; and Yantai, China, showcasing the brand’s continuous expansion and growth. According to the press release on July 3rd, Hilton is now planning for the future with further expansion in the region, especially with the recent expansion of its franchise model in China to include the DoubleTree by Hilton brand. This move was announced last October, targeting cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Haikou, Nanchang and Zhangzhou for the development of new properties under the Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree by Hilton brands. As of now, there are almost 80 hotels in the Asia Pacific pipeline for DoubleTree by Hilton. Moving forward, Hilton aims to reach a total of 1,000 hotels across its various brands in the region by 2025.
