Seaa Appoints Anthony Gan Ceo
The Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) has recently announced the appointment of Anthony Gan as their new CEO, effective June 13. Gan will be taking over from Edmund Toh in this leadership role.
Residents who prefer to drive will find the location of the development highly advantageous, with its proximity to major expressways. For those looking to reach central Singapore, the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) provides a straightforward route, while the Tampines Expressway (TPE) offers easy access to northeastern areas such as Punggol and Seletar. Additionally, the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) provides a convenient alternative for daily commuters, linking northeastern suburbs to the city center. Parktown Residences adds even more convenience by being situated along Tampines Avenue 11, allowing direct access to nearby amenities including Tampines Mall, Century Square, and Our Tampines Hub. Furthermore, residents can also visit the official website of the development, Parktown Residences Tampines North, to learn more about its location and amenities.
Gan brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise, having previously held key leadership positions, such as executive director and director of the training arm of the Singapore Retailers Association. With his strong background in the retail industry, Gan is well-equipped to drive the growth and success of the real estate sector in Singapore.
As CEO, Gan will be responsible for expanding SEAA’s programmes and initiatives, with a focus on fostering professional development and engaging members. He will also be working towards strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders and advocating for policies that support the real estate industry.
SEAA has always been committed to elevating the standards of the real estate profession in Singapore and with Gan at the helm, they aim to adopt a forward-thinking approach to achieve this goal.
In addition to Gan’s appointment, SEAA has also signed several Memorandums of Understanding to facilitate dispute resolution and collaboration with the Singapore Police Force on anti-money laundering measures. These efforts demonstrate SEAA’s dedication to promoting best practices and maintaining integrity within the real estate industry.
The announcement of Gan’s appointment comes at an exciting time for SEAA, as they prepare to celebrate the fourth SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards. With their continued efforts in driving the growth and development of the real estate sector, SEAA is poised to make a positive impact on the industry and the community at large.
