Capitaland Sees Strong Bookings Latest Vietnam Projects

CapitaLand Development (CLD) has received an exceptional reception for two of its projects in Vietnam during their recent previews. The first project, Orchard Hill, is a 774-unit high-rise development located within the second phase of Sycamore, CLD’s joint venture with United Overseas Australia. The development, situated in Binh Duong New City, approximately 30km from Ho Chi Minh City, boasts a mix of low-, mid-, and high-rise buildings comprising 3,500 freehold units. Since its preview on Oct 26, 90% of the units, with a particular demand for one- and two-bedders, have been snapped up. The anticipated completion date for Orchard Hill is the fourth quarter of 2026.

Another project that has enjoyed a strong reception is The Senique Hanoi, an exclusive 2,150-unit high-rise residential project located in East Hanoi. The developer has reported that the project has already achieved an impressive 92% booking rate for its units. The Senique Hanoi is a collaboration between CLD, Mitsubishi Estate, and Nomura Real Estate Development, and is set to be completed in 2027.

This success for The Senique Hanoi comes after the highly successful launch of the third and final phase of CLD’s Lumi Hanoi residential mega-development last month. Of the 697 units released for sale, 97% were taken up on launch day on Oct 5, resulting in a 99% take-up rate for the entire development, which has a total of 3,950 units.
